i-Squad launched the first shop in the heart of Chelmsford city centre, in July 2015. Since then we have become a recognised brand, and gained an excellent reputation for the level of service we provide. Repairing over 8000 devices in our 1st year, we were recognised for our hard efforts and won Best New Business in the Essex Business Excellence Awards. At i-Squad, we realised the tech industry in the local area was under serviced, yet smartphones and technology are becoming increasingly important as we rely on them more heavily. This is when we started our mission to provide express, yet top quality repairs with unbeatable warranties, to ensure complete peace of mind and satisfaction for our clients.
