New Website, Same standards

Welcome! As you will have seen by now, we have moved into our luxurious new online condo ... by which i mean this site, of course.

It has been a long time in the making, but hopefully you will agree that it cuts the mustard! Being at the forefront of premium repair & sale services - we couldn't be seen dressed in a 5 minute-made WordPress site now could we? So we took some time to make this online destination as modern and welcoming as our retail stores feel.

- About us.

Here you can find out all the gossip about our staff members and selfies from last Saturday... I'm kidding of course, in the 'About us' section you can read a little more about our history and our plans for the future.

- Repairs.

In our 'Repairs' section you can not only send us a request for repair quotes, but to save you even more time we have listed the costs of common repairs for a wide range of devices - this page took a while so I would definitely recommend you pay it a visit!

- the pièce de résistance.

You may notice to the right hand side of the menu at the top of each page is a link named 'Create/Track Repair'. This ingenious little feature links seamlessly with our in store software system to allow you to send us your information and get yourself booked in for a repair. If you have already booked in with us and would like to see all the updates from our technicians, or send them a message, you can do this too! Simply log in with your unique repair ticket number and your surname, and never feel out-of-the-loop again!

Because this was our main priority when creating this site - to make the repair process more straight forward, to save you having to wonder whether your part had arrived, or when the device will be ready for collection/delivery. With iTek, You're included - every step of the way!
